PALMYRA, N.Y. \u2014 Chad Campbell, convicted of murdering a teenage girl and a young boy in 1990, will not be paroled in Wayne County, officials said. <\/p>\n

Campbell was 14 at the time of the crimes. <\/p>\n He began serving a prison sentence of 18 years to life in 1996 after being convicted of murder.
