He later died at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Investigators say the gun used in the shooting was reported stolen in Archbald two weeks prior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In January, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wnep.com\/article\/news\/local\/lackawanna-county\/arrest-made-in-connection-to-stolen-firearm-used-in-deadly-scranton-shooting-police-say-bryn-mawr-lackawanna-county-dylan-smith-west-scranton\/523-a5ae724b-bbe4-4095-a376-91caec08d228\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:authorities charged James Barbarino,;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">authorities charged James Barbarino,<\/a> 19, of Dickson City, with receiving stolen property, sales of firearms, theft by unlawful taking, and other offenses.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=1237770825148161&amp;set=a.179857094272878\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Now, police have charged;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Now, police have charged<\/a> Mariah Cortes, 24, of Duryea with six counts of furnishing alcohol to minors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Two boys have also been charged with possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, and possession of alcoholic beverages. Their identities have not been released.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">What led to the deadly shooting remains unclear.
