Josh Shapiro said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">O\u2019Connor was shot during a traffic stop in Chester County, according to ABC News&#8217; Philadelphia station WPVI.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Detectives from the state police and the county were conducting a joint investigation into the shooting, the Chester County District Attorney\u2019s Office said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Shapiro said he was was at Paoli Hospital on Sunday night with O&#8217;Connor\u2019s wife, Casey, and his parents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;My heart breaks for Tim and Casey\u2019s young daughter and their entire family,&#8221; Shapiro said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">This is a developing story.
