Officials say a driver has been hospitalized after an overnight crash that left an SUV disabled along train tracks in South Philadelphia early Monday.<\/p>\n
According to officials with SEPTA, a tow truck removed a damaged SUV from the track area along 9000 Bartram Avenue, near a ramp to I-95, just outside of the Philadelphia International Airport, at about 3:30 a.m. on Monday. <\/p>\n
Officials did not immediately say what may have caused the crash, but the driver was taken to the hospital after the crash. <\/p>\n
The driver’s condition following this incident was not immediately provided by officials. <\/p>\n
But, SEPTA officials told NBC10 the vehicle was safely removed from the tracks and, as of about 6 a.m. on Monday, there was no service interruptions along SEPTA Airport line. <\/p>\n
