U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. \u2013 A business offering unique gifts, home decor and more has expanded its footprint in the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n

A new location of Norman\u2019s Hallmark, a popular retailer offering Hallmark cards, Keepsake Ornaments and a wide selection of gifts, home decor, fashion, books, stationery, games and gourmet items, held a soft opening on Friday at Promenade Saucon Valley, 2845 Center Valley Parkway, Upper Saucon Township.<\/p>\n

The new store is operating in a 5,290-square-foot space between Capital Blue Cross Connect and Bath & Body Works.<\/p>\n

The Upper Saucon store is in its soft-open phase, with a grand opening \u2013 featuring sales, giveaways and other festivities \u2013 planned for April 9, according to Kim Dunn, marketing director at Norman\u2019s Hallmark.<\/p>\n

Norman\u2019s Hallmark, an employee-owned company with 85 years of experience, operates 100 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.<\/p>\n

Beginning as a single Trenton, New Jersey shop, the company has become a leader in the cards and gifting industry, featuring Hallmark cards for every occasion, Keepsake Ornaments and a wide selection of gifts, home d\u00e9cor, fashion, books, stationery, games and gourmet items.<\/p>\n

Partnering with popular brands such as Vera Bradley, Nora Fleming, Willow Tree, Mud Pie, Life is Good and Scout Bags, Norman\u2019s provides memorable gifts for birthdays, weddings, holidays and everyday celebrations.<\/p>\n

A Norman’s Hallmark store operates at the Crest Plaza on North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

The Upper Saucon store supplements other nearby Norman\u2019s Hallmark locations on West Emmaus Avenue in Allentown, North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, North West End Boulevard in Richland Township and at the Palmer Park Mall in Palmer Township.<\/p>\n

Hours for the Upper Saucon store are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.<\/p>\n

More Promenade changes<\/p>\n

The opening of a new Norman\u2019s Hallmark store at Promenade Saucon Valley comes amid a slew of other changes at the outdoor lifestyle center.<\/p>\n

Last month, Smartivities Showcase, a woman-owned and family-operated artist market and creative space offering handmade gifts, art supplies, pottery classes and more, completed its move<\/a> from its former Promenade location \u2013 totaling around 3,000 square feet \u2013 to a larger location that spans more than 4,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

Smartivities\u2019 new location is in Suite 103, next to L.L. Bean.<\/p>\n

Suite 103 was previously occupied by Dolly\u2019s Dressing Room, a business offering a stylish, trend-driven selection of prom dresses, wedding apparel and more, which also recently moved to a new location at Promenade Saucon Valley.<\/p>\n

Dolly\u2019s Dressing Room now operates in Suite 703, which previously housed tenants such as Handmade Mystic and T&T Boutique.<\/p>\n

Other tenants are coming soon to the Upper Saucon shopping center.<\/p>\n

A new location of Sephora, a popular retail chain selling makeup, skincare, fragrances and more, is expected to open this spring<\/a> near Athleta, according to Madeleine Convery, Promenade Saucon Valley’s marketing manager.<\/p>\n

Sephora carries more than 300 premium brands, including its own brand, Sephora Collection, which play a fundamental role in \u201cproviding an accessible and inclusive prestige beauty experience for new and experienced customers alike,\u201d according to a company description.<\/p>\n

Other popular brands include Armani Beauty, bareMinerals, Burberry, Chanel, Clinique, Crown Affair, Est\u00e9e Lauder, Glossier, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Lanc\u00f4me , Living Proof, Murad, Olaplex, Ralph Lauren and Versace.<\/p>\n

Another coming-soon tenant is Mental Strength Ritual, which is expected to open this spring in Suite 610, next to Altar\u2019d State.<\/p>\n

Mental Strength Ritual will be a “unique wellness destination specializing in an FDA-cleared technology called Transcranial Mental Stimulation,” according to a recent news release.<\/p>\n

Designed to help guests reset and restore their physical and mental well-being, the studio will provide a guided experience for those looking to enhance their health through cutting-edge recovery methods.<\/p>\n

Lastly, Wonder, a new 3,023-square-foot restaurant, is expected to open by summer 2026<\/a> and will be located adjacent to Elite Salons & Suites.<\/p>\n

Wonder offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that allows guests to order dishes from more than 20 restaurant brands, available for dine-in, pickup, or delivery. The platform partners with world-renowned chefs including Bobby Flay, Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s, and Marcus Samuelsson, as well as iconic restaurant brands such as Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza.<\/p>\n

In recent months, Promenade Saucon Valley welcomed six other new additions: The Kawaii Shop, Barley Creek Taproom Saucon, Sunglass Hut, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, Color Me Mine, Relux and Luxe Events & Designs.<\/p>\n

Shoppers can browse a wide assortment of items, including artwork, handbags, plush figures and candy.<\/p>\n

Barley Creek Brewing Company, a popular Poconos-based microbrewery offering Pennsylvania-made craft beer, spirits and wines, in November opened its new Barley Creek Taproom Saucon at Promenade Saucon Valley.<\/p>\n

The new 3,119-square-foot taproom, operating between Melt and Kome, brings Barley Creek\u2019s award-winning craft beer, small-batch distillery products, scratch-made food and signature hospitality to the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n

The new location features a full restaurant and bar, with guest favorites including wood-fired pizzas, burgers, appetizers and hearty pub fare.<\/p>\n

In late October, a new location of Sunglass Hut, a destination for premium, luxury and sport eyewear, opened in a 797-square-foot space between American Eagle and Bath & Body Works.<\/p>\n

Sunglass Hut, founded in 1971, has grown into a global brand with more than 3,000 retail locations and a robust online presence.<\/p>\n

The retailer is known for carrying an expertly curated mix of iconic designers and emerging labels, including Prada, Versace and Ray-Ban, and for delivering a shopping experience that combines fashion, quality and innovation.<\/p>\n

Also in October, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation opened a new, 4,700-square-foot outpatient physician practice at Promenade Saucon Valley.<\/p>\n

The new outpatient practice, which is located at 2845 Center Valley Parkway (Suite 450) across the street from Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, is home to Good Shepherd\u2019s Physician Group, according to a news release.<\/p>\n

Good Shepherd’s physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) doctors, also known as physiatrists, specialize in caring for people with disabilities, as well as patients recovering from or needing care for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and more.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Color Me Mine, a contemporary paint-your-own pottery franchise, held a soft opening in late August, and Luxe Events & Designs, a premier event planning and design studio, hosted a grand opening week from July 22 to 29.<\/p>\n

Promenade Saucon Valley has also recently bid farewell to some businesses, including The Hive, a market carrying hand-crafted items from Lehigh Valley area vendors, which closed in February<\/a>; a location of Bar Louie, a chain of full-service restaurants offering freshly prepared drinks, sandwiches, entrees and more, which closed in late August; and GailGray Home Furnishings and Design, a full-service interior design studio and home furnishings store, which closed in late summer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"U.
