The driver of that vehicle was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The trooper was not injured in the accident. State police secured the perimeter on Fairview Street and talked with the residents at the property.  They determined a shooting did not happen at the location and there was no danger to the public. The investigation into the reported shooting is ongoing. WGAL News 8 crews saw a red SUV that appeared to have damage to its side and a state trooper vehicle that appeared to have damage to its front towed away from the scene around 5:40 p.m.See news happening?
