Philadelphia (35-30) defeated Memphis (23-41), 139-129, Tuesday at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

Former Tennessee <\/a>basketball player Jahmai Mashack <\/a>totaled seven points, one rebound and one assist in 27 minutes for the Grizzlies. He converted 2-of-4 field goal attempts, 0-of-1 three-point attempts and 3-of-5 free throw attempts.<\/p>\n

The former Vol signed a two-way contract with Memphis on Nov. 16, 2025 and splits time between the Grizzlies and the Memphis Hustle, a NBA G-League affiliate. He began the season with the Hustle and averaged 7.6 points, 5.4 assists and 3.4 steals per game through five contests before being promoted to Memphis.<\/p>\n

Mashack was selected in the second round by Memphis with the No. 59 overall pick. He was the final selection in the 2025 NBA draft.<\/p>\n

The 6-foot-4, 202-pound guard played for the Vols from 2021-25. He appeared in 137 games, including 59 starts. Mashack was named as a 2025 Naismith Defensive Player Finalist and earned 2025 SEC All-Defensive Team honors.<\/p>\n

He went to Tennessee from Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California.<\/p>\n
