The winning logo will be used for all marketing materials throughout the celebration; accreditation will be given to the winning artist. The winner can join Mayor Devlin during the countdown of the fireworks on July 3. A prize basket with various free memberships and tickets from contest partners will also be given to the winner.<\/p>\n<p>The contest begins March 11 and will continue until 12 p.m. on March 31.
