ERIE \u2014 Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority LIFT passengers now have more flexibility in scheduling and managing their trips thanks to \u201cFind My Ride Schedule.\u201d Find my Ride is a scheduling initiative, funded by the PennDOT\u2019s Bureau of Public Transportation. This innovative tool is being introduced statewide. EMTA is one of the transportation providers selected by PennDOT to adopt Find My Ride Schedule, offering passengers the convenience of managing trips directly from their smartphone, tablet or computer.<\/p>\n
Through the Find My Ride Schedule website, passengers can access convenient features, including the ability to check their diminishing balance, schedule new trips, view upcoming rides and cancel trips they no longer need. Trips booked via Find My Ride Schedule or by calling EMTA LIFT shared ride scheduling can always be managed online with Find my Ride.<\/p>\n
EMTA LIFT passengers can also be confident that shared ride call takers and customer services representatives are always available to help over the phone. EMTA understands that not all passengers are eager to use technology, however, others may appreciate the convenience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Please note, rides are still required to be scheduled at least one day in advance and not all trips can be scheduled through Find My Ride Schedule. For trips outside of Erie limits, or for early morning and evening rides, passengers should continue to contact Customer Service to schedule those trips. Find my Ride will be available for ADA customers starting February 2026. Other passengers can expect updates on when Find my Ride online scheduling will be available to them in the coming months.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Passengers or their caregivers can log in using their Shared Ride ID (customer number) or last name, County and passenger\u2019s birthdate.
