A Greenfield Twp. man punched a local business owner in the face after being asked to leave his restaurant, according to a criminal complaint.<\/p>\n
At about 8 p.m. on Saturday, Carbondale officers were called to Frank\u2019s Place on Jefferson Street in Fell Twp. for the report of a disorderly man who refused to leave the establishment.<\/p>\n
Responding officers found Dylan Kutch, 32, 134 Wagner Blvd., sitting outside in his truck in the parking lot and arrested him.<\/p>\n
Officers then spoke with business owner Frank Cerminaro.<\/p>\n
Cerminaro told officers Kutch came in earlier to see his ex-girlfriend, who was a member of the wait staff, and was asked to leave, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Kutch left, but returned later and sat in one of the booths his ex-girlfriend was serving.<\/p>\n
When he was asked to leave for a second time, he refused. He was asked to leave several times, police said.<\/p>\n
Cerminaro then attempted to physically remove Kutch, and Kutch allegedly punched him in the face.<\/p>\n
Kutch is charged with assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He\u00a0remains in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.<\/p>\n
