Josh Shapiro\u2019s administration over three years to improve maternal and child health initiatives in the state. The administration\u2019s efforts \u201cincreased postpartum depression screenings, identified and provided access to care for women with hypertension, and created grants to improve outcomes for Pennsylvania mothers and babies, among other improvements,\u201d according to a state Department of Health press release.
