POTTSTOWN, Pa. – A good Samaritan who stopped to help after witnessing a crash on Route 100 was struck by another vehicle himself late Sunday morning.<\/p>\n
According to 911 dispatchers, the call came in around 11:14 a.m. for an incident on Route 100 northbound near the Route 422 on\u2011ramp. Authorities say two vehicles were involved in the initial collision.<\/p>\n
Three people were taken to the hospital. Police say among the injured was a man who had witnessed the crash and attempted to assist those involved. As he stepped out of his car, he was hit by a third vehicle approaching the scene.<\/p>\n
Officials have not released the conditions of the victims or details about what led to the crash.<\/p>\n
