An investigation has begun, police said, after a 15-year-old boy was pronounced after being found unresponsive in his bedroom in Philly’s West Oak Lane community early Monday. <\/p>\n
According to police, an investigation on the boy’s death is underway after officers were called to a report of an unconscious person at a home along the 6400 block of North 16th Street at about 2:43 a.m. on Monday.<\/p>\n
Here, officials said, first responders found a 15-year-old boy unresponsive in his bedroom. <\/p>\n
The boy was pronounced at the scene at about 2:55 a.m., police said.<\/p>\n
Investigators found no signs of blunt trauma or struggle at the scene, officials said. <\/p>\n
An investigation in the incident is underway and, officials said, they were still working to determine the boy’s cause of death.<\/p>\n
