PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) \u2014 One of Puerto Rico\u2019s 10 most wanted fugitives has been arrested and charged in Camden County.<\/p>\n
In February, Camden County detectives received information that a suspect in a Toyota minivan had a large amount of cocaine near Penn and North Sixth streets. They determined the minivan was registered to an address in Reading, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n
Detectives from multiple agencies coordinated surveillance of the suspect\u2019s minivan in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, which led to a vehicle stop in Camden on Feb. 27.<\/p>\n
The driver was identified as 50-year-old Domitilo Delgado Ruiz, of Reading. Detectives then learned he was wanted in connection with an attempted murder case in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n
He was taken into custody and is pending extradition to Puerto Rico. Detectives said they recovered more than 12 ounces of suspected cocaine from the minivan.<\/p>\n
He is charged with first-degree possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.<\/p>\n
