{"id":141535,"date":"2026-03-18T08:54:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T08:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/141535\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T08:54:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T08:54:06","slug":"2-charged-in-lower-merion-with-running-fraudulent-contracting-businesses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/141535\/","title":{"rendered":"2 charged in Lower Merion with running fraudulent contracting businesses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LOWER MERION\u2014Lower Merion police are asking for the public\u2019s help in finding potential victims of what police called an organized fraud group operating in the Philadelphia region.<\/p>\n<p>Lower Merion police said they have received numerous reports of fraud schemes involving high-dollar fake contracting businesses over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Following their investigation, police arrested two men, Jake Fox, 37, and Scott Bradley, 34.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Fox and Bradley were operating under the business name of \u201cPJS Paving &amp; Masonry Corp.\u201d\u00a0They were also believed to be operating under two other businesses, \u201cOrchard Paving\u201d and \u201cPerfect Paving LLC.\u201d\u00a0These business names are all known to be associated with fraudulent business practices.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, Fox and Bradley were born Patrick and Johnny Joseph Quinn.
