The 35th annual Boscov\u2019s Berks Jazz Festival opens this weekend and runs through March 29 at venues around the Reading area. Headliners include Brian Culbertson, Chris Botti, Boney James, Will Downing, Stanley Jordan, Spyro Gyra and many more. Sculpture exhibit

The snow has melted and blooms are appearing at Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton, N.J., which has more than 300 sculptures on display and six indoor galleries with rotating exhibitions. \u201cSalvador Jimenez-Flores: Raices & Resistencias\u201d is on view through Aug. 1, 2027. It explores the individual and geopolitical aspects of migration with an 80-foot mural, two bronze sculptures and an installation featuring a portrait of the artist and ceramic nopal paddles.<\/p>\n

Concert celebrates America<\/p>\n

The Reading Choral Society and Ringgold Band perform Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Scottish Rite Cathedral in West Reading, Berks County, to celebrate America\u2019s 250th anniversary. The centerpiece is \u201cThe Testament of Freedom\u201d by Randall Thompson. The Emmet Cohen Quintet performs Friday at 7:30 in Philadelphia\u2019s Miller Theatre (www.ensembleartsphilly.org\/<\/a>) and Sunday at 7 in the Miller Center for the Arts in Reading as part of the Berks Jazz Fest (berksjazzfest.com<\/a>). Jimmy Buffett tribute<\/p>\n

Montgomery County Community College\u2019s Montco Cultural Center in Blue Bell will host the Jimmy Buffett tribute band Bluffett, featuring The Son of a Sailor Band, Saturday at 7 p.m. in the theater at Montco Cultural Center, Science Center.
