\n\t\t\t\t\t\tOne person is dead following a shooting Friday night in McKees Rocks, Allegheny County.Allegheny County police say 911 dispatchers were notified of a shooting along Singer Avenue just after 8 p.m. Friday.Police say first responders found the victim, now identified as 20 year old Mya Parker, with a gunshot wound to the head. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.According to the criminal complaint, a McKees Rocks police officer arrived at the scene and saw 19-year-old Jayden Knight standing at a bus stop across the street. The complaint would go on the say Knight allegedly admitted to the shooting, stating, “I’m the one you’re looking for, I did it,” and also allegedly told police where the gun was. Knight is now charged with criminal homicide.Investigators say they will coordinate with the District Attorney’s Office on filing criminal charges.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
