She is a Scranton school director and director of human resources for Lackawanna County.<\/p>\n<p>The prospective bridegroom is the son of Michael and Barbara Eagen, Scranton. He is a graduate of Scranton High School, earned a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Scranton and Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School.
