Four students from Yough Senior High School died in a single-vehicle crash in Pennsylvania on March 21<\/p>\n
The victims were identified as Brady Hunker, 15; Rocco Zugai, 18;\u00a0Felicity Martini, 15; and Kylee Korber, 16<\/p>\n
The coroner said the cause and manner of the deaths are pending autopsy and toxicology results<\/p>\n
Four Pennsylvania teenagers were killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash, leaving their community devastated.<\/p>\n
The crash occurred on Saturday, March 21, around 3:23 a.m. local time near Creek Road in Sewickley Township, according to a report released by the Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n The report stated that a passing motorist contacted 911 about a \u201csingle motor vehicle collision with intense fire.\u201d<\/p>\n Firefighters arrived to put out the blaze and discovered “multiple decedents.”<\/p>\n The four victims were identified as Brady Hunker, 15; Rocco Zugai, 18;\u00a0 Felicity Martini, 15; and Kylee Korber, 16.<\/p>\n The coroner’s report also stated that the cause and manner of the deaths are pending autopsy and toxicology results.<\/p>\n The four teens were students at Yough Senior High School in Westmoreland County, PennLive<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n The Yough School District<\/a> addressed the tragedy in a statement on its website on Monday, March 23.<\/p>\n \u201cWe take a moment to remember the lives of Brady, Felicity, Kylee and Rocco. Our hearts are with their families, friends, classmates and all who are grieving this unimaginable loss,\u201d Superintendent Anthony R. DeMaro wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are deeply grateful for the outpouring of kindness, love and support from our school community and beyond,\u201d he added. \u201cThere have been countless individuals, school districts, organizations, places of worship and agencies in our county and throughout the region who have reached out and lifted our community up in so many ways \u2014 far too many to name. Your compassion and generosity have meant more than words can express during this difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cPlease continue to keep all those impacted in your thoughts and prayers. Together, we will support one another, heal and move forward as one community,\u201d DeMaro concluded.<\/p>\n Many fellow students stopped at the crash site on Saturday to place flowers, candles and pictures, CBS affiliate KDKA<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n “I’m just very emotional,” high school student Cash Mitchell told KDKA. “It’s just really upsetting that this has to happen, but he’s somewhere better now.”<\/p>\n \u201cShe loved her family, and she was just a sweet girl,\u201d Colette Korber and Shawna Korber, the aunts of one of the victims, told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette<\/a> about their loved one.
