It shows Owens performing oral sex on a young boy while dancing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">TikTok captured her IP address, which investigators used, along with the phone number associated with Owens\u2019 account, to link the video back to her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Owens is due back in court April 7 for a preliminary hearing on charges including rape of a child and production of child sexual abuse material.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">She is held at the Lackawanna County Prison on $500,000 bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A 25-year-old Scranton woman sexually abused an 8-year-old boy and filmed it, Lackawanna County detectives said.
