{"id":148129,"date":"2026-03-25T15:39:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T15:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/148129\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T15:39:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T15:39:07","slug":"visitpittsburgh-commits-2m-to-forge-on-campaign-ahead-of-nfl-draft-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/148129\/","title":{"rendered":"VisitPittsburgh commits $2M to \u2018Forge On\u2019 campaign ahead of NFL Draft \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 VisitPittsburgh is ready to blitz through the coming throngs of football fans converging on Pittsburgh for the NFL Draft next month with a new marketing campaign that seeks to straddle the region\u2019s identifying industrial past by emphasizing how the city has changed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The campaign is themed with the slogan, \u201cForge On,\u201d developed by VisitPittsburgh\u2019s agency of record, Madden Media\/Karsh Hagan, with the goal of closing an \u201cawareness gap\u201d about Pittsburgh, in which a Future Partners\u2019 2025 Brand Tracking Study survey of 3,000 respondents showing only a small percentage of people familiar with tourist attractions to visit in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cForge on is much more than a slogan.
