EASTON, Pa. \u2013 Easton City Council received an update on legal challenges surrounding a warehouse Wednesday night at city hall.<\/p>\n

Solicitor Joel Scheer indicated oral arguments in an appeal by the developer of the proposed million-square-foot warehouse on Wood Avenue will begin May 5 in the Northampton County Court of Common Please before Judge Paula Roscioli.<\/p>\n

A special meeting involving the case before City Council scheduled for March 30 has been canceled permanently.<\/p>\n

The fight isn\u2019t over for a proposed million-square-foot warehouse on Wood Avenue.<\/p>\n

Last December, the city’s planning commission rejected a development plan for the project.
