The plan is centered on creating and preserving 30,000 homes in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>Najja Orr, PCA president and CEO, is a member of the initiative\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/whyy.org\/articles\/philadelphia-mayor-cherelle-parker-housing-initiative\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">advisory council<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro\u2019s administration has launched the state\u2019s first-ever <a href=\"https:\/\/whyy.org\/articles\/shapiro-1-billion-dollar-housing-program-pennsylvania\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Housing Action Plan<\/a>.
