<\/p>\nUPPER DARBY, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — Police in Upper Darby Township said they have located a person they were looking to speak with in connection with the stabbing death of 15-year-old Michael Garr.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, police shared video of the person on Twitter. By Wednesday morning, police said the person had been located.<\/p>\n
“The incident remains under investigation,” police said.<\/p>\n
The stabbing happened around 9:30 p.m. on April 21 on the 200 block of Bridge Street.<\/p>\n
No suspects have been identified at this time.<\/p>\n
Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt says he is still very interested in finding two other people seen holding hands on video. They could provide clues in the search for a suspect.<\/p>\n
Authorities say the pair were walking hand-in-hand on Bridge Street, passing Anne Street, and headed toward Dennison Avenue, at 9:39 p.m. Friday.<\/p>\n
“The two witnesses in the images we put out, we still would like to speak with them. If they have seen it, please come in and talk to us. If anyone knows them, please forward the information so we can look into it,” said Bernhardt.<\/p>\n
Bernhardt says his department is making good progress in this case, but they have not yet been able to identify the person responsible for the murder of Garr.<\/p>\n

Action News spoke to Breanna Pierre, who said she just happen to be walking along Bridge Street when Garr was stabbed.<\/p>\n
“Some kid fall to the ground, a man running, and a man come out of a car to help the kid on the ground, and I’m like, ‘oh my God.’ I was going to go over there and see what happened, but then I saw this blood,” said Pierre.<\/p>\n
Pierre said she was too far away to be able to describe the person responsible.<\/p>\n
“It’s terrible,” said Superintendent Bernhardt. “How do you get to a point where kids this age can commit some type of act of violence like this? There’s no words to explain it. Our hearts go out to the family, we ask everyone to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers.”<\/p>\n
Five days after the murder, people are still showing up at the corner where the crime occurred to pay their respects and add to a growing memorial in Garr’s honor.<\/p>\n
The owner of nearby Gambol’s Cafe is doing what he can to help the family.<\/p>\n
“We’ve managed to raise a little over $3,000 and counting,” said Michael Gambol.<\/p>\n
The Delaware County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 27 is offering a $10,000 reward for a tip that leads to an arrest.<\/p>\n
Garr, of Drexel Hill, was a 10th grader at the Upper Darby School District.<\/p>\n
