USA Today recently launched multiple categories for this year\u2019s 10BEST Readers\u2019 Choice Awards, which includes Best Theme Parks.<\/p>\n
Close<\/a><\/p>\n Thanks for signing up!<\/p>\n Watch for us in your inbox.<\/p>\n Subscribe Now<\/p>\n \u201cTheme parks are more than just a collection of thrilling rides and colorful attractions \u2014 they\u2019re gateways to worlds of wonder, where fantasy and reality merge to create memorable experiences,\u201d USA Today said. \u201cOffering an escape from the ordinary, theme parks across the United States see millions of visitors per year.\u201d<\/p>\n According to USA Today, they asked a panel of experts to nominate 20 theme parks from across the country that offer a range of attractions.<\/p>\n Theme parks here in Pennsylvania that have been nominated include Hersheypark, Kennywood and Knoebels.<\/p>\n Other well-known theme parks that also gained a nomination this year include Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia; Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio; SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida; Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida; and Knott\u2019s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.<\/p>\n
