PERKASIE, Pa. – A mutual bank based in Bucks County is announcing a leadership change.<\/p>\n
Perkasie’s Penn Community Bank has named Charles Field as President, effective Friday, March 27.<\/p>\n
Field already serves as Chief Financial Officer, a role he will maintain moving forward.<\/p>\n
Jeane Vidoni will continue in her role as Chief Executive Officer, the bank said.<\/p>\n

Penn Community Bank has several locations in Lehigh, Bucks and Montgomery counties.
