Upon arrival Alison was conversing on the phone with the District Attorney of the case. The DA relayed that due to insufficient evidence the hearing for Clinton Rogers will be rescheduled at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>The defense had filed a habeas corpus petition, or a request arguing that without a body, a confession on its own is not enough to justify a murder conviction.
