A man was shot in a leg on Wednesday night in Darby. Later on that night, a man was struck by a train<\/p>\n
There was a shooting incident about 7 in the 200 block of Greenway Avenue. The male victim was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center for a gunshot wound to a leg, borough Police Chief Joseph Gabe said.<\/p>\n
Police were reported to be speaking to a female about the incident, but no charges have been filed.<\/p>\n
About 11:30 that night a man was struck by a CSX train in the area of the train trestle that is over the 700 Block of Walnut Street.<\/p>\n
He was flown out to a hospital for his injuries, but later died from them, the chief said.<\/p>\n
