This started when the child\u2019s mother reviewed security footage from inside her home and saw the nurse, identified by police as  Cindy Dresser, physically abusing the child.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Alex-Gross-Advertisement-1-1-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46953 size-full\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>That child went to Children\u2019s Hospital Of Philadelphia (CHOP) for evaluation and treatment, police said. The abuse included  hitting the child, tossing the child within the crib and sleeping on the job.  Dresser , police said also is accused of taking out a tracheotomy tube and failed to promptly reinsert it, causing the child to struggle to breathe.<\/p>\n<p>Police secured an arrest warrant for Dresser who was stopped by police in Warwick Twp. The discovered her arrest warrant and took her into custody for Bensalem authorities.  She is charged with felony child endangerment.
