Andrew Reichert, founder and CEO, said it was the most transactions in a short, consecutive period in the firm\u2019s 11-year history.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">These transactions represent $30 million in volume and more than 400 multifamily units across two states. Two properties are in Pittsburgh. The remainder are in Ohio \u2014 two in Cincinnati and one in Cleveland.
