During her Short n\u2019 Sweet Tour stop in Pittsburgh on October 23, Sabrina Carpenter jokingly arrested Gigi Hadid, selecting her as the night\u2019s \u201cgorgeous girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

The two shared a flirty exchange as Carpenter tossed Hadid her signature pink handcuffs before performing her song \u201cJuno.\u201d<\/p>\n

The arrest bit is one of Carpenter\u2019s tour traditions, which has previously featured celebrity guests such as Millie Bobby Brown and SNL\u2019s Marcello Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n

During her Short n\u2019 Sweet Tour stop in Pittsburgh on Thursday, Sabrina Carpenter kept her signature arrest bit going\u2014this time with Gigi Hadid. Before launching into her song \u201cJuno,\u201d Carpenter spotted the supermodel<\/a> in the crowd and called her out as the night\u2019s \u201cgorgeous girl\u201d under arrest.<\/p>\n

\u201cGigi, wow, where are you from?\u201d the singer asked, leaning into her flirty onstage persona. When Hadid replied, \u201cBucks County,\u201d where her family farm is located<\/a>, Carpenter, who\u2019s also from Pennsylvania, teased, \u201cWow, maybe we are soulmates! Gigi, I\u2019m getting so hot and flustered.\u201d She then handed the model her furry pink handcuffs\u2014a staple of the recurring gag\u2014as Hadid smiled and blew her a kiss. \u201cThis one is for Gigi, everybody,\u201d Carpenter told the crowd, before kicking off \u201cJuno.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hadid, who walked in the Victoria\u2019s Secret Fashion Show runway<\/a> last week, attended the concert dressed in a white short-sleeve tee with printed lace and animal-print details. She later posted snapshots from the show to her Instagram Story, captioning one image of Carpenter \u201cHey angel,\u201d and another, \u201cGuilty as charged.\u201d<\/p>\n

The playful arrest has become a fan-favorite tradition throughout Carpenter\u2019s tour, with previous celebrity guests including Millie Bobby Brown in Atlanta, Emma Bunton in London, and Saturday Night Live<\/a>\u2019s Marcello Hern\u00e1ndez in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

In her October cover story for Vogue Italia<\/a>, Carpenter opened up about her comedic approach as an entertainer, especially when it comes to her commentary on men, love, and relationships. \u201cPart of life is making light of moments that maybe make us uncomfortable, or at least, that is for me,\u201d she said. \u201cMy whole life I felt like humor was just this, and it wasn\u2019t even always humor, I think it was usually just sort of a wit that kind of saved me. It was always there to make sure that at the end of the day I was protecting myself for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
