GREENWICH TWP., N.J. – New Jersey State Police are bringing attention to the case of a man who shot an Easton woman in I-78 in Greenwich Township, Warren County in March 2020.<\/p>\n

Tuesday marked the sixth anniversary of the shooting.<\/p>\n

State troopers responded to the Exit 6 off ramp on Interstate 78 for the report of a shooting March 31, 2020 shortly before 6 a.m.<\/p>\n

Arriving officers found the woman conscious and alert inside her vehicle. She was shot in the head, hand and chest. She was treated at the scene and taken to an area hospital.<\/p>\n

Detectives believe that the man was traveling in the area of Interstate 78 east between Exit 75 (Morgan Hill Road) in Easton and Exit 6 in New Jersey between 5:40 a.m. and 5:55 a.m., before driving away in Greenwich Township in a dark-colored sedan.<\/p>\n

The man is described as having dark clothing. The composite sketch above, which was done by a trooper from the New Jersey State Police Forensic Photography and Composite Artist Unit, is a rendering of how the man may appear.<\/p>\n
