From curly fries and burgers to milkshakes and ice cream, guests lined up for the favorites that have become a seasonal tradition.<\/p>\n<p>For staff, reopening day is always special, a chance to welcome the community back after a long winter. Owner Sean Candela said the return of Sara\u2019s marks the unofficial start of spring and summer in Erie, giving Erie residents their first taste of summer.<\/p>\n<p>According to Candela, \u201cIt\u2019s like there\u2019s no sunshine, but people are in here smiling. It\u2019s so good, it\u2019s what makes Erie great. People look forward to this. They know how tough the winter is, and we\u2019re all looking forward to Presque Isle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sara\u2019s wasn\u2019t the only sign of the season of the return of summer.
