Hours of heavy rain have caused severe flooding, with sewage and stormwater filling basements across this neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors tell me at least ten homes have several inches of standing water mixed with sewage. Tonight, restoration crews were lined up along the street, working to pump out what they could.
