(WHTM) \u2014 The Pennsylvania State Capitol became an art gallery on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Students from across the state displayed their winning works for the Litter Hawk Youth Award Program.
