Zabudko is also accused of trying to drown him.According to the criminal complaint, Zabudko told the boy, &#8220;To get into the shower to wash the sins out because he was dirty.&#8221;A fight broke out between the women, and the mother was able to get her children to safety without serious injuries.Zabudko does not face attempted homicide charges, but that could change.&#8221;We will look at whatever charges are appropriate. If there are additional charges coming, we will file them,&#8221; Fayette County District Attorney Mike Aubele said.
