They say 21-year-old Amuri Green is being charged with three counts of murder, attempted murder, five counts of criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of attempted criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of assault.<\/p>\n
Police say the second suspect they’ve been searching for has been apprehended in Pennsylvania. Police have identified him as 18-year-old Matthew Rodriguez and say he is in police custody.<\/p>\n
A family friend, Syllena, says it’s a relief.<\/p>\n
\u201cI hope they get everything they deserve. Everything. It\u2019s uncalled for,” said Syllena.<\/p>\n
The shooting happened around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of Moore and Humboldt streets.<\/p>\n
Investigators say two people were riding a moped through the area \u2014 going the wrong way \u2014 when the person in the back pulled out a gun and fired multiple times.<\/p>\n
Police say her father rushed her to NYC Health + Hospitals\/Woodhull, but she did not survive.<\/p>\n
Kaori’s grandmother tells News 12 that Kaori’s 2-year-old brother was also grazed by a bullet in the incident.<\/p>\n

A growing memorial with flowers, photos, candles, and stuffed animals sits on the sidewalk of Humboldt and Moore Streets. Countless people have come to pay their respects like Saquana Ridick who says she’s heartbroken.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m feeling hurt. I\u2019m feeling pain for the family. I\u2019m feeling hurt for myself as a mother as a grandmother. I\u2019ve lived in this community for 40 years and it\u2019s getting worse. The guns are the street are getting worse,” said Ridick.<\/p>\n
