{"id":15767,"date":"2025-10-26T15:44:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-26T15:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/15767\/"},"modified":"2025-10-26T15:44:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-26T15:44:07","slug":"fair-oaks-ranch-city-council-approves-first-reading-of-udc-amendments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/15767\/","title":{"rendered":"Fair Oaks Ranch City Council approves first reading of UDC amendments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tFair Oaks Ranch City Council on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_24cK8pZG-s\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Oct. 2<\/a> approved the first reading of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairoaksranchtx.org\/452\/Unified-Development-Code\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Unified Development Code<\/a> amendments, outlining development regulations and procedures in the city.<\/p>\n<p>City Council has discussed code amendments over the last year, while staff have worked on the update for around four years. A public hearing from the Planning and Zoning Commission was held Sept. 11.
