Rittenhouse, 38, is charged with sending pornographic images to a teenage boy and soliciting sexual images from the victim in October.<\/p>\n<p>Edwardsville police obtained a warrant for his arrest on charges of disseminating sexually explicit materials to a minor, permitting a child to engage in\u00a0 prohibited sexual conduct, unlawful contact with a minor and contacting a minor to commit sexual abuse.<\/p>\n<p>Magisterial District Judge Joshua R.
