BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 A father and son are in custody on child pornography charges after Bensalem Police said over 100 images were found.<\/p>\n
Raul Sandoval Sr., 58, and Raul “Christian” Sandoval Jr., 34, were charged each with Sexual Abuse of Children (Abuse Material) and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.<\/p>\n
They turned themselves in to the Bensalem Township Police Department on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Both were arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after bail was set at 10 percent of $2 million each.<\/p>\n
Bensalem Police received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that showed someone at Salem Crossing Apartments on Old Street Road trying to obtain pornographic images of children through the internet.<\/p>\n
Detectives narrowed the location to an apartment that was occupied by the Sandovals.<\/p>\n
On March 12, detectives obtained and served a search warrant on the residence and seized an HP Desktop Computer owned by Raul Sandoval Jr. and a phone owned by Raul Sandoval Sr. <\/p>\n
A forensic examination of the contents of the son’s computer hard drive revealed over 100 images of females aged 6-12 posing nude, with some showing prepubescent females engaging in sex with men, police said.<\/p>\n
