That ignited a cutting board and a box of pet food on top. But thanks to a camera in the home, crews were able to respond quickly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYesterday, they bought a pet feeder with a camera on it and it alerted them. They actually saw the fire on their camera and alerted us before the fire got real bad,\u201d said Fire Chief Bob Eleczko. <\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cThey caught it really early. Thank God for that pet camera, it was minutes away from being really bad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The fire did about $10 thousand dollars of damage to the home.
