The high school football regular season concluded for most teams in Pennsylvania last week, and the top programs in the Keystone State are now focused on the postseason. <\/p>\n

Another jam-packed slate is on deck as teams continue their quests for a state title. Below are the top 25 Pennsylvania high school football teams,\u00a0according\u00a0to the Massey Ratings<\/a>, as of Oct. 26.<\/p>\n

1. La Salle College (8-1)<\/p>\n

The Explorers whipped Father Judge<\/a> 56-7 on Friday, securing their second-straight Red Division championship. La Salle College<\/a> will face off against St. Joseph\u2019s Prep<\/a> on Saturday in a game that will determine which team advances to the PIAA District 12 final.<\/p>\n

2. Central Catholic (10-1)<\/p>\n

The Vikings rolled to 45-10 victory over Canon-McMillan<\/a>, logging their ninth-straight win and securing the No. 1 seed in the 2025 WPIAL 6A playoff bracket. Central Catholic<\/a> and Canon-McMillan will face off again on Nov. 7 to see who advances to play either North Allegheny<\/a> or Norwin<\/a> for the Class 6A championship and a spot in the PIAA tournament.<\/p>\n

3. St. Joseph\u2019s Prep School (5-4)<\/p>\n

The Hawks routed Cardinal O\u2019Hara<\/a> on Friday, 38-3. Four-star sophomore receiver Jett Harrison<\/a> scored three touchdowns in the win. St. Joseph\u2019s<\/a> will play La Salle College on Saturday for a spot in the PIAA District 12 final. <\/p>\n

4. Malvern Prep (7-1)<\/p>\n

The Friars ended Episcopal Academy<\/a>\u2018s undefeated season on Friday, 24-0, in a key Inter-Academic Conference showdown. Malvern Prep<\/a>\u2018s season continues Saturday with a game against William Penn Charter<\/a>. <\/p>\n

5. Peters Township (10-0)<\/p>\n

The Indians wrapped up an undefeated regular season with a 35-0 win over Bethel Park<\/a> on Friday. Peters Township<\/a> earned the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the 2025 WPIAL 5A playoff bracket. The team will host the winner of Bethel Park-North Hills<\/a> on Nov. 7. <\/p>\n

6. Pine-Richland (9-1)<\/p>\n

The Rams concluded the regular season with a 49-17 rout of Shaler Area<\/a> on Friday. Pine-Richland<\/a> earned the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye in the 2025 WPIAL 5A playoff bracket. The Rams will host the winner of Shaler Area-Kiski Area<\/a> on Nov. 7.<\/p>\n

7. Roman Catholic (6-3)<\/p>\n

The Cahillite topped Monsignor Bonner<\/a> 26-14 on Friday and finished the regular season with a 6-3 record. Roman Catholic<\/a> will play Father Judge on Saturday for the PCL 5A championship.<\/p>\n

8. Harrisburg (10-0)<\/p>\n

The Cougars capped off an undefeated Pennsylvania high school football regular season with a 28-6 win over Central Dauphin East<\/a>. Harrisburg<\/a> earned the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the PIAA District 3 6A bracket. The Cougars will host the winner of Cumberland Valley<\/a>\u2013Central Dauphin<\/a> on Nov. 8.<\/p>\n

9. Bishop McDevitt (8-2)<\/p>\n

The Crusaders concluded their regular season with a 36-20 win over State College Area<\/a>. Bishop McDevitt<\/a> is the No. 3 seed and has a first-round bye in the PIAA District 3 5A bracket. The Crusaders will host the winner of Mechanicsburg<\/a>\u2013Red Land<\/a> on Nov. 7.<\/p>\n

10. Upper Saint Clair (7-3)<\/p>\n

The Panthers demolished Baldwin<\/a> 56-8 on Friday and ended the Pennsylvania high school football regular season with a 7-3 record. Upper Saint Clair<\/a> is the No. 6 seed in the 2025 WPIAL 5A bracket and will open the postseason on Friday against Plum.<\/p>\n

11. Easton Area<\/a> (10-0)
12. Avonworth<\/a> (10-0)
13. Chester<\/a> (8-0)
14. Parkland<\/a> (10-0)
15. Downingtown West<\/a> (9-2)<\/p>\n

16. North Allegheny<\/a> (7-3)
17. State College Area<\/a> (8-2)
18. Central York<\/a> (9-1)
19. Springfield<\/a> (9-1)
20. Northwestern Lehigh<\/a> (10-0)<\/p>\n

21. Moon Area<\/a> (7-3)
22. Episcopal Academy<\/a> (7-1)
23. Woodland Hills<\/a> (8-2)
24. Imani Christian Academy<\/a> (10-0)
25. Penn Trafford<\/a> (9-1)<\/p>\n
