Sky 4, Pittsburgh’s only news chopper, was over the scene along Route 28 in between state routes 1018 and 1027.A tanker truck could be seen over a hillside along the road, as another vehicle was seen with serious damage. Multiple first responders were on the scene, working to clear the area. The Armstrong County coroner confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that one person has died as a result of the crash.
