Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra men’s lacrosse team will hit the road for its next game as the Pride will face Drexel in Philadelphia on Saturday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Opening face-off from Vidas Field is scheduled for 12 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hofstra improved to 3-7 overall and 1-2 in CAA action with a dominant 13-6 win over Fairfield this past Saturday. Anthony Mollica<\/a> led the way with five points on two goals and three assists, while Blake Cooling<\/a> was incredible throughout with 10 ground balls, two caused turnovers, and a goal. Shea Kennedy<\/a> posted 15 saves in net, including 10 in the second half.\u00a0<\/p>\n Drexel is 7-4 overall and 3-1 in the league. The Dragons most recently earned a 22-6 win over Hampton last weekend. Witt Crawford had five points on three goals and two assists, while Alec Tulio (3 G, 1 A) and Ty Gougler (1 G, 3 A) both added four points in the game.\u00a0<\/p>\n Hofstra is 25-14 all-time against Drexel in a series that began in 1986. Hofstra won the first-ever meeting, 23-13.
