(WHTM)\u2013 E-cigarette and vape manufacturers are now required to be certified with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General to sell their products in Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n
The Office of the Attorney General announced Thursday that, now that Act 57 of 2025 is in effect, every manufacturer of electronic cigarettes that contain nicotine and are sold or offered for retail sale in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania must be certified by the Attorney General.<\/p>\n
