McClelland was later pronounced deceased at 9:11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>This is currently an ongoing investigation as authorities are currently reconstructing the accident.<\/p>\n<p>Erie News Now is currently waiting for a press release about the incident from the State Police Department.
