We&#8217;ve never been a part of a building this size. It&#8217;s astounding now that this was able to be done in ten-and-a-half months,\u201d says Steve Wolfson of The Wolfson Group.<\/p>\n<p>East Penn is based in Richmond Township.<\/p>\n<p>It makes batteries for cars and a number of other industries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"MAIDENCREEK TWP., Pa. &#8211; One of Berks County&#8217;s largest employers is expanding with a new warehouse.
