(WHTM)\u2013 Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday issued a warning to criminals on Tuesday, saying there will be an increased police presence at the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n
More than half a million people are expected to be in the Pittsburgh area during the NFL Draft, which kicks off on April 23. The festivities are expected to cause overcrowding at bars, restaurants, retail stores, and more.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe will be watching,\u201d the release said.<\/p>\n
While AG Sunday encouraged visitors to enjoy themselves during the festivities, he also noted that the volume of people will present opportunities for criminals and bad actors. In response, AG Sunday said there will be an increase in the number of local, state, and federal law enforcement agents.<\/p>\n
