<\/p>\n Center Valley, PA (April 14, 2026) – The DeSales University women’s tennis team earned a 6-1 win over King’s College in MAC Freedom action on Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n The Bulldogs took a 1-0 lead sweeping all three doubles matches.\u00a0 First-years\u00a0Noelle Holderith<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Julia Wiest<\/a>\u00a0paired to win 6-4 in the No. 1 flight and first-years\u00a0Kate Gomez<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Haley Maloney<\/a>\u00a0won 6-0 in the second position in the lineup.\u00a0 DSU took the third flight by forfeit as King’s had just five players in uniform.<\/p>\n In singles, the Bulldogs won at the No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 singles matches.\u00a0 Wiest was a 6-1, 6-1 winner in the second flight, Gomez won 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 3 position, Maloney won 6-1, 6-1 in the fourth spot, and sophomore Caroline Prince<\/a>\u00a0won 6-1, 6-1 in the fifth spot.<\/p>\n The Bulldogs are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, traveling to Neumann University for a non-conference match beginning at 3:30 pm<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
