It will be lit up, accessible, and open to anyone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It\u2019s the first of its kind in all of northeastern Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Construction starts in May.
